History

Sedemi was born from the dream of a visionary, whose sustainable development has been thanks to the passion and values shared by all employees, suppliers and customers, who have not stopped believing in building a better future for Ecuador and the region.

Its long history begins in 1977 when his founder, Mr. Rafael Proaño T., began his dream with the foundation of the first industrial maintenance workshop, based on a philosophy of quality and customer service.

44 years later, Sedemi has established itself as a benchmark in the construction of infrastructure projects for different industry sectors such as: real estate, commercial, industrial, energy, oil and telecommunications.
